[ Ange happens to wake up in a more relatively safe place this time she arrives, waking up just outside Community Building 4. It doesn't take her long to realize she's not in Naraka anymore and instead in Luceti, which does have its problems but considering the nature of Luceti, she knows nothing can be done about it, and she takes this fact in calmly. She can only vaguely remember the place, but she does remember some of the key facts and happenings in it.

And after a moment, she searches for her journal and her clothes, though this time she isn't fortunate enough to find the latter by her side (and she makes note to search for them later, though she isn't entirely fond of this white sundress considering it doesn't exactly cover up her stomach as well as her usual clothes do). She does, however, locate the journal quickly, and as she stands up, she clicks the journal on. ]

Good evening, Luceti. I am Ange Serena, and some of you may recognize me. I would like to let those of you who remember me know that I have returned here. [ And she pauses for a moment, considers the nature of the place she's in. ] And if any of my companions from Naraka are here at the moment as well, I would like for you to contact me. That is—

[ Suddenly, she cuts herself off with a shriek. It just so happens that Naoto Shirogane's dog, who has beaten its owner back to the building by quite a lot, has decided it's a good idea to run up to Ange, and though it approaches her playfully, Ange has ... issues with dogs (issues that she will not admit to, but they are serious issues indeed).

And there is shuffling to be heard over the journal as the woman backs away. ] D-Do not come close! I — I do not wish to play, and — my throat does not wish to play, either — [ Those creatures go for the throat, after all. And there is another shriek now as the dog begins running circles around her happily. But, ffff, Ange is most certainly not happy about this and anyone listening over the journals may hear a loud sound soon, indication that she has indeed thrown the journal at the dog's feet. ] D-Do you want that? Would you rather play with that? [ She knows the journal is important but ... sob.

Anyone who finds Ange will notice her backed up against the building, with a dog happily barking at her and closing in. ]

[ Nononono, that is not going to go over well with Ange, okay. She does not like him risking his safety like this just to get near her — and not listening to her when she tries to tell him to stop, too! So she keeps her eyes on the dog as she quietly tries to slip away from it, grabbing Seto's hand in the process and pulling him away from where the dog is.

Though the dog turns its attention to the two of them, at least she's got Seto and at least he can't fall over if she's holding onto him. ]

Seto, I said for you to wait for me. Please do not be so reckless.

[Her hand... it's warm. That means she really is here with him, right at this very moment. This isn't at all a dream.

His eyes well up with tears and he bites his lip as the tears just begin to spill over. It's strange, how even though he has so many friends here now--to see her again...it makes him happier. It's Ange he's been wanting to see again. That one kind, sweet lady who was there when he first arrived. He's not giving her up so easily this time. Squeezing her hand a little.]

I-I'm sorry. 'm missed you so much Ange...

[ Aaah, she can't stand to see him cry like that. She had no idea he missed her this much — they may have only met briefly while she was here last, but apparently she stuck with him. She didn't realize the kind of impact she made on him.

But she can't speak with him normally with the dog still here, so she quietly and gently leads him inside the building, shutting the door (and shutting the dog outside, oops — but at least she should be commended on her ability to overcome the beast and get to safety!!!). And then Seto will probably feel that familiar feeling of her wrapping her arms around him.

And now he's making her feel bad for having left — she didn't know she made someone so upset with that — so she speaks quietly. ]

I am sorry for having left you. However I am here now — there is no need to cry.

[Seto just follows her inside, not really realizing they're inside now but he doesn't care about that. As long as Ange doesn't leave him stranded somewhere (like that would happen) or someone doesn't take her away from him, then anywhere is fine.

But as soon as her arms wrap around him, which is a feeling he has yet to forget, big tears fall down his cheeks faster than before. He missed her so much. Wrapping his own arms around her small figure without any hesitation, he buries his face into her shoulder and begins to tremble. He'd love to stop crying for her but he can't... he just can't.]

D-Don't go... [Mumbling into her shoulder and shaking his head just a little] Don't go Ange...

[ As much as she wishes he'd stop (she wants him to be happier and — not be the reason he's crying right now)., she supposes it can't hurt to let him let it all out. If he wants to cry, then she'll be here for him.

And she whispers. ] Seto ...

[ Then works on hugging him with one arm and rubbing his back with the other, letting out soft shushing sounds to see if it'll calm him down. You're breaking her heart, Seto. :( ]

Do not worry — I am not going anywhere this time.

[It does help... kinda. It takes him a few minutes of course, but he calms down enough to where he's sniffling and letting whatever tears are left fall or disappear slowly. He even lets his arms relax so he isn't holding her as tightly (not that he really was in the first place but... )

He almost opens his mouth to ask 'promise?' but what would be the point in making her do that? No one can control when they leave here... this place is horrible] O-Okay... [He does his best to smile] I'm glad you're back...

[ She smiles when he finally calms down, and as glad as she is, she doesn't let go of him. She keeps her hands on his back, though more loosely than they were before, and one hand continues to work on rubbing it. She won't stop until she's sure he's perfectly okay again.

And she can't really be sure she can say she's happy to be back because she's got a lot going on in her own world, but then she remembers that time practically stops in her world while she's in Luceti — so everything will wait for her. And she thinks that maybe it'll be alright to relax in Luceti for a bit, then. So, besides the terrible experiments and people running the village, she's glad. Okay. ]

As am I.

[ Don't worry baby Seto she will take care of you all you need while she is here this time. ]

[He frowns for a moment, letting his eyes close. Is it a good thing that she is here? Remembering some of the past experiments, it's just as dangerous here as it has ever been. Maybe even more so. But he'll protect her. Right, he won't let her get in harms way or let the Malnosso take her.

Sighing, he rests his cheek against her shoulder, completely content. Wait... does she not have a jacket? That's right--she's new here again, she's in that white dress. She must be cold... So, regretfully, he slowly pulls away from the hug and takes off his jacket to hand it to her]

I-I'm sorry... [He flusters a bit]

[ Well her friend's safety (and her own safety, earlier, from that dog) takes precedence over the temperature. And maybe once things settle down and she's not so worked up anymore, she starts to really feel the winter cold. But when he holds out his jacket to her, she's — not sure what to do. She doesn't want to take it from him or anything! ]

I cannot take that from you. You will be one who is cold then, correct?

[ The last thing she wants to do right now is make Seto cold! Sob. ]

[Shaking his head, he doesn't let the jacket move from it's spot. C'mon Ange, take it! Now that you're back, he has to take good care of you]

I'll be fine. Firo makes me wear this extra jacket all the time. [He is wearing a not as heavy jacket as the one he's holding out. In fact, it's pretty thin, but he has two shirts on under it so he's really okay]

[ Mmnn, but she still feels bad taking it from him like this, even if he is offering it. And seeing as she's far too cold to go back out there, and she has time to warm up in this building, she decides there's a better plan of action right now. ] I have a better idea.

[ So she takes the coat from his hand like he wants her to, and then grabs his hands with her free hand. Then she guides him over to the steps, sits down, and pulls him down next to her, before wrapping the coat around the both of them. See? That's better. ]

We can stay like this for a while before going back out.

[Well it's good that she took the coat from him, but what idea could she have?

The pulling is a little startling but he obeys. He plops on down beside her, blinking at the feeling of the coat back around him but not completely on him like it normally would be. Does she have it on her too? He can't tell... but he smiles]

Okay!

[ Mmnn, good, he's happy with it. This way they can both keep warm and she won't feel bad for taking it from him. And, she doesn't have to walk around or stand for a while seeing as she has steps to sit on! It's perfect, she thinks.

But now she needs to make conversation and she does have a pressing question on her mind, so. ]

... Now, Seto. [ A pause. ] Did something happen to your eyes while I was away?

[His body practically freezes as she brings that up. He was really hoping she wouldn't notice that he was having troubles seeing but it must've been obvious, him not looking directly at her and walking with a walking stick and all...

Holding his hands together, he stares down at the floor nervously, hoping to come up with some sort of answer without telling her that he died. He doesn't want her to worry about her, especially not when she's just come back to him]

...M-My eye sight has just gotten really bad, that's all. [Totally believable right?]

[ Nope, Ange isn't stupid. He's talking to quite a smart and observant woman, and she knows his eyesight can't just go down the so drastically and quickly. It's as though he can't see a thing, when the last time she saw him he seemed to see just fine. ]

Seto, I know that sort of thing is impossible. If you do not wish to talk about it, though, I will not force you.

[ She feels bad, if it's a touchy subject, so she'll back off a bit. But she would like to know, and at least now he knows she noticed. ]

[He does want to tell her, he wants to let her know everything that happened while she was gone but... is making her worry really worth it? Who knows if she'll be mad too since he was a little careless and reckless. Kinda. It's not like he can lie about what happened either.

He's a pretty bad liar when it comes down to it.

Staying quiet for another minute or two, he reaches over and searches for her hand. Once he finds it, he holds it gently] I just... I was fighting and something happened. It ruined my eye sight for good. [That's all she needs to know]

[ She's not mad at him — she's a lot more worried not knowing what happened to him, to be honest. Not knowing opens plenty of terrible possibilities, and she'd rather not having to worry about which one it could've been. But he's given enough of an explanation for now, and she doesn't expect him to go into any sort of detail with it. She won't force anything out of him.

And she quietly closes her eyes, places her other hand on top of the one he's got holding hers. ]

I am sorry to hear that. Perhaps we can find some sort of way to fix it for you.

[Smiling, he gives her hand a small squeeze. He half expected her to try and ask more questions to figure out what happened]

You think we can? [Mia and him had already tried finding glasses to see if that would help his vision at all but nothing really worked. Some people have already told him that because it's his penalty nothing will help and it will forever stay this way... ]

[ Well Ange believes there has to be a way to fix this, and it's Luceti so there's got to be something here. A weird magical village like this has to have at least one way to fix screwed up vision.

So she nods. ]

Yes, of course we can. I will be sure to ask around about it.

[It's just like before. She's there for him. She wants to be there for him and she wants to try and help him. It makes this entire situation better than he originally saw it as.

It's so nice to have her back.. ]

My, there is no need to be thanking me. It will be enough just to see you with your eyesight restored.

[ Mmnn, of course she's there for him. Ange could never leave a sweet boy like Seto alone like this, and she does enjoy his company quite a bit. ]

But you're helping me, I should be doing more to thank you!

[If he could actually see anything he would try to build her a snowman or something but since he can't, he's stuck until his eyesight returns.]

[ Building her a snowman would be cute —

But nope she doesn't need more from him! ]

[You realize Ange, he's going to do something for you anyways. He's not taking no for an answer]

[ Well then she can't stop him but she really doesn't need anything, honest ... ]
