hold on to the world we all remember fighting for

[ Ange, having not been affected by the event, hasn't had such a crazy time as some others have been having for the past week or so. But due to not being involved in much, she's been starting to feel a bit lazy and she's fearing for her weight at this point. (Not that she isn't glad she wasn't affected by that event —)

She knows there's quite a bit of diversity in the world of Luceti, so she'd like to address the masses now that things have calmed down a bit and see if anyone has any (easy) suggestions for this problem. ]

I would imagine that there are quite a few people here who are active individuals. Now that things have calmed down, would any of you care to tell me how you get exercise and spend your time outside? Perhaps you could provide me with some suggestions.
